I switched over from another tracker I’d been using, this has been a much better experience so far. The reports are easier to understand, and when I had a question, support actually got back to me quickly. It’s been a nice change.

I use this every week for my reports, and it really does save me time every single time. It’s not one of those tools where you spend half the day figuring out how to make it useful, I can just get in, do what I need to do, and move on. My weekly reporting used to feel like this repetitive little chore that somehow ate up more time than it should, but now it’s a lot quicker and way less frustrating. Nothing overly dramatic, it just genuinely makes that part of my week easier...

The rank tracking has been spot on, honestly. It matches what I’m seeing on my end, so I can’t really blame anything else when the numbers move around.

It took a bit longer than I expected to get a reply, but once someone got back to me, they were genuinely helpful. I get that support teams can be busy, and as long as people are treated fairly and respectfully, that goes a long way

I was able to get it connected easily, and the integrations worked with my setup without any fuss. it was just "easy" to get going.

I’ve been using the dashboard for a bit, and overall it does what I need. The reports are there and I can usually find them, but the layout feels kind of cluttered. Some menus aren’t very obvious, and I end up clicking around more than I’d like. It’s not a bad tool at all, but in my opinion, it would be much better with a cleaner, more straightforward design.

I mostly use Rank Ranger for tracking links, it’s been reliable. I don’t have the patience to dig through a bunch of reports or hunt around just to see what changed, so I like that it makes lost links and updates easy to spot. It’s not perfect, but it saves me time and gets the job done.

Rank Ranger gives you a lot for what you pay. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for daily SEO tracking, it kinda feels like a fair deal.

I’ve been using Rank Ranger for a little while now, i was kind of cautious at first. With SEO tools, I’m always worried I’m going to sign up for something that looks impressive on the surface but ends up being mostly fluff. So far, this one actually feels complete, rank tracking, reports, competitor research, landing pages, and a bunch of other stuff all in one spot.
It did take me some time to figure out where everything was, and there were a few moments where I wondered if I’d been pulled into another tool that overpromises. But once I got used to the layout, it started to make more sense and became useful. I’m definitely jumping between fewer tools now, which is a relief.
It’s not the slickest or prettiest platform I’ve ever used, but it does the job well. I’ve found more features than I expected, and so far I don’t feel like I got fooled into paying for something half-baked...

Rank Ranger has been decent for pulling Google Search Console data into one place. Setup was straightforward, and the reports are helpful enough for basic tracking. My main gripe is that the data can feel a little slow to update, and some of the screens took me a minute to figure out. It’s not even about needing anything super fancy, I just expected the day-to-day experience to feel a bit smoother. Overall, it works and gets the job done, but it’s not quite as polished as I’d hoped

I use the custom report builder often, and most of the time it gets the job done. That said, it takes way more clicking around than it should to set things up the way I want. A few of the widgets are just not that clear, which can get frustrating. One part of the setup felt borderline ridiculous for something that should be simple. Support did help me out the one time I needed them, so I’d say it’s okay overall, just not nearly as smooth as I was hoping.

It’s been a good fit for us since things keep growing over time.
